Research Abstract

本研究の目的は交感神経性血管収縮感受性低下がどのようなメカニズムで圧反射ゲインを向上させるのか、ヒトとマウスで明らかにすることであった。その結果、血圧反射ゲインの変化は、一回心拍出量よりも末梢の交感神経性血管収縮感受性と強く関係すること、この圧反射ゲインの変化には中枢性のバゾプレッシンV1a受容体が関与すること、さらに、V1a受容体の感受性変化は、運動時の糖・脂質代謝を介して、運動処方による生活習慣病指標の改善効果に関与することを明らかにした。
