Research Abstract

生体においてウイルス除去に重要な役割を果たすとされるプラズマサイト樹状細胞を採取し、刺激を行なったところ、抑制型受容体PIR-Bを欠損したプラズマサイト樹状細胞は、野性型と比較してサイトカイン産生が高値であった。これらの結果よりPIR-Bが、感染炎症を制御する重要な抑制分子であることが判明した。一方、PIR-Bタンパクを用いた感染炎症の制御は困難であることが判明し、今後の検討課題となった。
