Research Abstract

現在、変形性関節症(osteoarthritis:OA)のX線画像評価基準として、カテゴリカルな評価法であるKellgren-Lawrenceグレードが広く用いられているが、読影者の主観で評価が異なり、微細な変化を検出することができない。このため、X線画像を一定の基準で自動的に評価できるソフトウエアの開発を行った。本システムは、関節裂隙・骨棘などの6項目について計測し、OAの診断に際して客観的な数値を表すことができるため、評価基準の明確化に寄与するものと考えている。
