Research Abstract

脊髄実質内の微小血管は脊髄神経細胞を栄養し、機能させるため1重要な役割を果たしている.本研究では、大脳実質内微小血管と同様.脊髄でも一酸化窒素合成酵素を介する血管拡張反応を示すことができた.また部の麻酔薬が,低酸素状態や高1酸化炭素状態などの病的状態における脊髄の潅流低ドを改善させることが分かりた.本研究は脊椎千術や脊髄損傷患者に対する治療等および麻酔・集中治療管理の発展に人いに寄与する
