Research Abstract |
アデノウイルスベクターは男子不妊症治療を前提とした精巣内遺伝子導入法としては最も優れた遺伝子導入法であることを明らかにした。DAX-1およびAd4BP/SF-1をアデノウイルスベクターに組み込み、精巣体細胞への遺伝子導入を試みた。
