Research Abstract

本研究では,研究代表者が現在までに提案している拘束条件の仮説生成モデル(動的環境認知モデル,パターン生成器,身体力学系)に基づいてロボットの運動学習システムを構築した.高次の感覚運動自由度を有するロボットの挙動を合目的的に制御するためには,環境および行動意図のコンテキストに基づいて適切に拘束条件が選択される必要がある.また,身体力学系はロボットと環境の物理的相互作用に相当する.すなわち,神経回路モデルが生成するトルクパターンと身体力学系のカップリングによって,ロボットの状態(変位,速度など)は変化し,その結果として動的環境認知モデルが状況に適した拘束条件を顕在化する,という適応ループが形成される.
本年度は,未知環境下における環境認知と運動適応を実現するために提案した神経回路網モデル(Continuous Time Recurrent Neural Networks with Intrinsic Bias model)を用いて,制御対象(上肢の筋骨格系モデル)に,随意的な到達運動を学習,想起させることを試みた.学習の結果として獲得される神経回路網モデルの内部構造が,環境の動的な摂動に対し高い頑健性を示すことを計算機実験により構成論的に明らかにした.
