| Research Abstract |
視覚障害者が単独歩行するためには,白杖または盲導犬の助けが必要である.盲導犬は実働数が少ないため,簡易に利用できる白杖による歩行が現状では主となっている.しかし,白杖を用いた歩行には十分な訓練が必要であり,また,安全性の問題もある.そこで,本研究では,盲導犬のように視覚障害者を安全に誘導できる自律移動型歩行補助システムの開発を目指した.その結果として,ユーザとシステムの相対速度を検出する機構の提案とシステム速度を調節することで使用者に危険の有無を呈示する手法の提案を行った.
