Research Abstract

脈波データの特徴を考慮に入れたカオス時系列解析手法を開発し、久山町研究の大規模データに適用し、動脈硬化と脈波のカオス性との関連を検討した。その結果、カオス性の指標であるリヤプノフ指数は、年齢が高いほど低くなることが示されたが、血圧、血糖値、コレステロール、脈波伝播速度(PWV)などの動脈硬化関連指標とは有意な関連は得られなかった。
