Research Abstract

視覚記憶課題遂行中のサル下部側頭葉における単一ユニット活動と局所フィールド電位を記録し、周波数領域の相関解析を行ったところ、これらの神経活動がコヒーレントに活動していた。課題関連部位をin vivoで同定するために、高磁場MRIを用いた記録部位同定法を開発した。電極ファントムを作成し高精度に記録部位を同定する撮像条件を調べた。この条件下でサル大脳皮質内の記録部位を同定すると、1ボクセル以下の誤差で同定できた。
