Research Abstract

大脳基底核線条体の投射細胞には、ドーパミンD1受容体を持ち淡蒼球内節へ投射する直接路とドーパミンD2受容体をもち淡蒼球外節から視床下核を経て淡蒼球内節へ投射する間接路の異なる二つの経路が存在する。今回これらのドーパミン受容体をそれぞれの拮抗薬で阻害したときの動物の試行錯誤学習課題における影響を調べたところ、D1受容体拮抗薬の注入によって報酬の履歴を反映した適切な行動選択が障害された。一方、D2受容体の拮抗薬ではD1受容体拮抗薬の注入によって見られたような障害は現れなかった。このことから、淡蒼球内節には報酬履歴に基づいた行動選択に必要な情報が送られていることが示唆された。
