Research Abstract

本研究課題では、運動課題を遂行中のラットの一次運動野において、どのインターニューロン・サブタイプがどのように運動機能の発現や調節に関与しているのかを解明することを目指した。そして、脳定位固定状態のラットが前肢の自発運動課題を効率よく学習する装置を開発し、傍細胞記録法とマルチユニット記録法を被検動物に適用し、特にfast-spikingインターニューロンは運動指令の抑制ではなく形成に参加していることなどを示した。
