| Research Abstract |
組織酸素飽和度(SmO2)の測定が可能な近赤外空間分解分光法の測定装置を左外側広筋全体に貼付し,自転車運動時におけるSmO2 の部位差について検討した.その結果,運動終了直前におけるSmO2の最低値は,近位部に比べて遠位部で有意に低く,全身持久力の指標である最高酸素摂取量との間には有意な負の相関関係が観察された.また,6週間の持久的トレーニングに伴い全測定部位でSmO2は有意に低下した.
