Research Abstract |
ヒト急性骨髄性白血病細胞株由来の分化誘導後の好中球様細胞において高血糖状態によって活性酸素の過剰産生や貪食能の異常が認められた。糖尿病など高血糖によるストレス状態下での活性酸素産生能や殺菌作用の異常亢進は、傷害性因子が標的分子だけでなく周辺の組織へ傷害を生じ、重要臓器の機能障害や炎症性疾患を惹起する可能性が考えられた。また、各種茶粗抽出物や抗酸化物質が過剰に活性化された好中球様細胞に対して正常化効果を発揮し、炎症性疾患の防御に寄与するものと期待された。
