Research Abstract

本研究では、一分子イメージング技術を使ったナノメートルスケールの直接観察実験の結果をもとに、生体分子を学べる生命科学視覚教材を開発した。また、教材開発のための観察実験に必要な一分子イメージング技術や生体分子の固定化方法などの新技術も開拓した。実験結果に基づく本物の画像を用いることで、科学離れを防ぐ糸口となる豊かな学習効果をもつ教材として、学校教育および本物を知る質の高い科学教育者の育成に大きな効果を発揮することが明らかとなった。
