Research Abstract

全国の淡水魚類を対象とし,魚類調査データと対象魚種の生息地環境データ(標高,河川勾配,水質,気象,流域分断状況等)を基に,一般化線形モデル(GLM: Generalized Linear Model)を用い,生息地ポテンシャル(生息確率)を推定した。また,インプットパラメターを操作することにより過去25年間に渡る生息地環境の時空間的な評価を行った。さらにこの解析結果を活用し,具体的な流域再生シナリオに関して議論を行った。最終的に,これら一連の解析処理(GISデータベール構築→空間統計解析→デジタルマッピング)を効率的に運用し,自然再生事業等に資する実用的システムとして整備した。
