Research Abstract

本研究は、ダムによる環境改変のうち、細粒河床材料の減少(粗粒化)は底生動物群集に対し強い影響を与えていること、マダラカゲロウ科の中でアカマダラカゲロウ属・エラブタマラダカゲロウ属がダム下流の細粒河床材料が減少した地点に多く分布すること、ダム河川の保全管理のためには適切な指標種を複数設定すべきであり、その候補として細粒河床材料の量的変化によく反応するエラブタマダラカゲロウ属等、また、様々な環境要因に対し複合的な反応を示す上記以外のマダラカゲロウ科がその候補となりうることを示した。
