Research Abstract

両親媒性ブロック共重合のLangmuir-Blodgett単分子膜を利用して、疎水性のポリスチレンや分子認識能をもつポリビニルピリジンがそれぞれナノオーダーのドットパターンとなるナノ構造体を構築し、それらをもとにした高分子材料表面のナノ微細加工や金属ナノパターンを形成するノンフォトリソグラフィックな手法を提案した。
