Research Abstract

冷戦体制期のアメリカと日本を中心としたメディア(とりわけアニメーション)のネットワーク形成に関する資料収集、インタビュー調査を通して、従来メディアの表象分析に限られていたアニメーション文化がその形成においてどのように冷戦時の情報外交、文化政策が関係していたかを明らかにした。イギリス、アメリカ、トルコ、インド、韓国、シンガポール、東京をはじめとした国際会議での発表及び意見交換をはじめ、別記にある論文、著書によってその成果をまとめた。
