Research Abstract

本研究では、生成文法と呼ばれる言語理論体系のもと、統語部門と音韻部門がどのように結びつけられていると考えるべきか、様々な言語における韻律的な現象をもとに考察した。特に注目したのは、韻律的な領域の「再構築」と呼ばれる現象で、この現象が統語部門の特性にもとづくものなのか、音韻部門の特性にもとづくものなのかを検証し、多くの事例が、純粋に音韻的な現象として説明されるべきであるという結論に至った。
