Research Abstract

破産問題における配分ルールについての研究を行い次の結果を得た:
1.bilateral consistencyを満たす配分ルールが、債権者が2人のケースにおいて(a)equal treatment ofequals,(b)order preservation,(c)resource monotonicity,(d)composition down,(e)composition upという諸公理の中の特定のものを満たしている場合には、そのルールは3人以上のケースにおいてもその公理を満たすことを証明した。
2.bilateral consistencyを満たす配分ルールが、債権者が2人のケースにおいて(a)continuity,(b)sel-duality,(c)anonymityという諸公理の中の特定のものを満たしている場合でも、そのルールが3人以上のケースにおいてもその公理を満たすとは限らないことを示した。
この研究成果は下記のWilliam Thomson教授(ロチェスター大学)との共著論文(On properties of division rules lifted by bilateral consistency)としてJournal of Mathematical Economicsに掲載されることが決まっている.(doi:10.1016/j.jmateco.2008.01.001)
