Research Abstract

ネットワークを介して求人・求職双方の情報が完全であるような非市場的取引から、規模が大きく匿名性のある市場取引へと移行するタイミングに焦点を当て、タイの個票データを利用し、労働移動に関する重要な仮説への統計的推測を行った。特に都市・開発経済学の成果を取り入れながら、求職・求人行動を分析の中心に据え、これら異なる分野を統一的に研究した。分野横断的な研究によって、従来の労働経済の実証研究と比較して、新しい知見を得た。
