Research Abstract

近年急速に発展してきた行動経済学の成果をいわゆる「組織の経済学」へ応用し、旧来の経済学の枠組みでは解明しきれなかったいくつかの現象に対して、新しい知見を得ることを目標に研究を行った。特に焦点をあてたのは、経済主体(エージェント)が自分自身の属性に関して不完全な知識しか有していない状況(imperfectly known self)で、制度やインセンティブといったものの機能がどのように変化し、そしてその結果、どのような含意を生み出すのかという点についてである。本研究では、自信や自尊心といった要素がエージェントのモチベーションに与える影響を明示的に取り入れることで、旧来の理論では説明が困難であった様々な制度や事象に対して新たな知見を提示した。
