Research Abstract

本研究では、20世紀日本における病院史を概観することを通じて、日本における治療医学への社会的信頼を基盤とする20世紀医療システムは、その歴史的役目を終えつつあり、今日は医療の歴史にとっておよそ1世紀ぶりの大きな転換期となっているということを示した。20世紀的システムに替わる医療システムの形を見出すためには、医療を含む健康戦略の全体像についての展望的知識に基づく政策へと移行しなければならない。
