Research Abstract

中国民営企業は、民営化実施政策を経てその発展の過程で利潤最大化を目的とする市場経済に適合的な行動様式を持つ企業としてその行動様式を変化させていること、困難とされる資金調達問題を企業間取引の際に発生する余受信行為によって軽減させていること、その際に各企業の渉外担当者、経営者の持つ企業間ネットワークや受信側企業の情報調達能力等長期にわたって蓄積される彼らの技能が重要となっていることが明らかとなった。
