Research Abstract

本研究では、スラック探索=組織の過去の行動パターンとは異なる新しい行動の始まり、ととらえ、スラック探索が発生するメカニズムに関する研究を行った。本研究を通じて、スラック探索につながる、ネットワーク構造、組織のパフォーマンスーアスピレーション乖離、組織の経験学習、組織慣性力の影響を実証的に明らかにし、論文を発表した。
