| Research Abstract |
本研究ではIターン就農者と村落社会との関係性を考察した。その結果、Iターン者の「理念」と集落の「慣行」が、当初は折り合いをつけて「資源」として働いてきたものの、参入して時間がたつにつれ齟齬をみせつつあるようになってきた。特に水田取得後の段階においてはIターン者に対する「一戸前」としての認識も強まり、集落農業への同一化が強く求められるようになった。単に集落行事に参加して「つきあう」以上に、水稲作において協調していくことが「信頼」形成の重要な要因になってきたのである。
