Research Abstract

本研究は、2000 年度介護保険制度の実施以降さらに重要性が高まってきている医療・保健・福祉分野の現任者によるチームケアに着目し、多職種連携教育プログラムの効果を検証したものである。日本では、現在関東に位置しているA 県の県立大学の附置機関において多職種(医療・保健・福祉)現任者を対象に連携専門教育が行われている。研究期間の3 年間、連携教育の実施前・中間時点・終了時点・終了後1ヶ月経過後の4 回繰り返し調査を行い、連携教育プログラム効果を検証した。調査群は、プログラムに参加している参加群、参加していない非参加群、単一職種(看護職)のみ連携教育プログラムに参加している群に分けて調査した。結果、参加群が連携教育効果はあったものの、看護職の方が調査項目の全てにおいて高い水準で保っていた。多職種の場合は、領域によって専門職教育養成終了後の生涯教育システムが様々であるため一定水準の共通認識が多職種間相互に理解されていないことが理由として考えられる。
