Research Abstract

本研究を通じ、(1)障害者支援施設において「福祉施設のミッション重視型組織改革」が必要であり有効に機能しうること、(2)最も障害が重い人々でも、「可能性開発」「生活保障」の視点を持ったシステム・社会資源構築を行うことで、地域生活の可能性が開けること、(3)障害者の地域自立生活支援の実現のためには自治体の障害福祉行政の担当者の資質の向上とエンパワメントも重要であること、が明らかになった。
