| Research Abstract |
障害者に対する就労支援のあり方に関して、スウェーデンにおいて労働市場庁や保護雇用会社サムハル、社会的協同組合、地歩自治体の担当部局などに対する二回の現地調査を行った。その結果、(1)サムハルの独占状態の崩壊、(2)政策遂行アクターの多元化、(3)地方分権の進展と新しいローカル・ガバナンスの形成、(4)ローカル・ガバナンスを支えるためのガバナンスの重要性、などが明らかになった。
