| Research Abstract |
高齢者と若齢者(研究1)、禁煙外来患者(研究2)を対象とし、自己観や健康行動に関連する2つの実験的研究を行った。測定は質問紙(顕在的測度)とIAT(Implicit Association Test.潜在的測度)の両方を用いた。研究1では、高齢者の精神的健康や健康増進行動には、潜在的、顕在的な「自己健康観」や「他者との関係良好性」が大きく関わっていること、研究2では、禁煙開始前の潜在的な煙草イメージが、禁煙開始1ヶ月後の体内ニコチン濃度を予測すること、また家族からの支援が禁煙の遂行に関わることが明らかになった。
