Research Abstract

本研究は、超重度障害児(者)および周辺児(者)を対象として、働きかけに対する定位反応の発生・発達的変化を評価し、外界からの刺激に対する超重度障害児(者)の認知発達における援助のあり方を検討することを目的とした。結果、外見上の反応が確認されない場合であっても、心拍指標などから反応を読み取り、対応することがその後の定位反応の発達や、表出に影響を与えている可能性が示唆された。また、刺激種類によってもその反応は異なり、呼びかけや生活経験も反映されることが考えられた。
