Research Abstract

反応拡散系におけるパターン形成メカニズムは、生物の形作りにおいて基本的な役割を果たしていると考えられている。本研究では、マスター・スレーブ型反応拡散系におけるパターン形成に関して、特に化学反応沈殿系を念頭に、モデリングおよびシミュレーションから、ノイズと形成パターンに関する新しい知見を得た。また実験家との共同研究に発展し、今後理論と実験との両アプローチからの発展が見込まれる。
