Research Abstract

結晶が成長していく際、結晶の表面には、結晶分子レベルの高さの一定速度・一定波形で進むフロント波(転位)が観察されることがある。こうした結晶成長を記述する空間1次元反応拡散方程式を用いた数理モデルに対し、解の時間的ふるまいを調べ、時間無限大での解の漸近形を決定した。また、転位の時間発展の本質を記述する運動方程式を導出し、転位同士の間には互いに反発力が働いていることを示すとともに、反発力の大きさと転位間の距離の関係を求めた。
