Research Abstract

動的平均場理論を基盤として、空間相関を考慮することのできる新しい強相関電子系の理論形式を定式化した。この理論を、強相関電子系の代表的な理論模型であるハバード模型、アンダーソン格子模型、近藤格子模型に適用して、空間揺らぎの一粒子励起スペクトルへの影響などを明らかにした。特に、金属相、絶縁相において、一粒子励起スペクトルの形状が空間揺らぎによって大きく変化することを明らかにした。同時に、動的平均場理論の解法として、研究期間中に提唱された新しい量子モンテカルロ法を発展させた。この手法を近藤格子模型に適用して、従来数値的に困難であった極低温での1粒子スペクトルを精密に計算し、長年未解決であったフェルミ面の大きさに関する問題を解明した。
