Research Abstract

金基板上に形成した単分子膜で生じる酸化還元反応を利用し、表面のぬれ性を可逆に変化させた。基板上の電極電位分布を制御することで、ぬれ勾配を発生させ、基板上の液滴を動かした。微少分析システムへの応用を意識し、小数分子の検出方法として一分子の電気伝導度を計測した。また、ソフトマテリアルの極微少な構造を作製するため原子間力顕微鏡を用いたリソグラフィー法を開発した。
