Research Abstract

呼気中アンモニア測定をターゲットとしたヘリコバクター・ピロリの感染診断法として、トコフェロールの電解酸化に基づく電気化学検出フローインジェクション分析を開発した。本法は、呼気捕集バックに採取した呼気について簡便にアンモニア測定が行えることを示した。さらに、スナネズミを用いた尿素呼気試験にも適応でき、非標識尿素を用いる尿素呼気試験法として有望であることを示すことができた。
