Research Abstract

光合成は太陽光の有効利用の観点から注目されており、人工の光合成システムを構築することは大変重要である。本研究では、生物の光合成システムが分子膜を利用しながら構築されている点に着目し、太陽光を効率よく吸収するクロロフィル分子を分子膜内に配置させたベシクル(小胞体)を作成した。化学修飾したクロロフィル分子を効率よく分子膜内で集積化させることによって、光合成システムを模倣した光捕集システムを作成することに成功した。
