Research Abstract

FIBやEBなどのナノリソ技術を用いて微小な皺構造の自己組織化をアシストすることで、欠陥のない皺構造(微小凹凸構造)を誘起させ、さらに皺方向のスイッチング制御をする方法を確立した。
