Research Abstract |
ゾル-ゲル・スピンコーティング法を用い、シリコン基板上にFe置換LiMn_2O_4膜を作成する手法を確立した。作成した試料に対し、100〜500サイクルの充放電実験を行い、上記のFe置換量に対する放電容量を調べ、ヤーン・テラー格子歪抑制効果との相関性を調べた。また、その際の表面形状変化を原子間力顕微鏡(AFM)を用いて観察した。さらに、同試料の電気伝導特性および光物性を評価した。
