Research Abstract

本研究課題では高温廃熱を利用した酸化物熱電変換素子の作製技術の確立を目的として、強磁場による配向組織制御と多層化を可能とする電気泳動堆積を併用し、多層膜型熱電素子の開発を行った。P型・n型材料としてそれぞれCa-Co-O系、Ca-Mn-Oを、絶縁材料としてアルミナを用いることで、5層構造からなる多層膜型素子の作製に成功した。500℃程度の温度差で一対の多層膜素子は約0.1Vの起電力を示したが、n型材料の緻密化が課題となった。
