Research Abstract

燃焼炎法によるダイヤモンド薄膜の合成において,合成場の温度分布測定をレーザを用いた燃焼診断装置を使用して行った結果,計算で求めた温度分布とは差異があることが分かった.基板表面温度によりダイヤモンド薄膜の結晶状態は変化することが分かり,化学種濃度計算の比較からは,ダイヤモンドの先駆物質となる化学種は単一のものではなく,基板表面温度によって変化する可能性を見出した.
