| Research Abstract |
本研究では,放射光によるテフロンの微細加工と表面への金属の蒸着を通して,ミリ波・サブミリ波領域での応用が期待できる導波路および素子を構成する技術の開発を試みた.Q帯(33-50GHz)で動作する直線導波管,ベンド導波管の試作および測定を行い,製作プロセスの確立を行った.試作した導波管は,良好な導波特性が得られることを確認している.
