Research Abstract

長期、永久埋め込みを目的とした人工心臓では、血栓や溶血などの血液ポンプ由来の問題は解決されつつあるが、人工心臓の制御法については、未だ研究段階にある。本研究では、人工心臓による生体の治療制御の実現を目的に、心臓血管系を数式で記述した数理モデルと生体用センサで計測された生理情報から、人工心臓と生体がインタラクティブに作用する制御法を開発し、心臓血管系を模擬した循環回路により、その有効性を確認した。
