| Research Abstract |
地方・過疎地域の公共交通計画を策定するに際して,利用者のニーズの充足度に着目した計画の問題点を検討するとともに,活動の機会を保障するという観点が適切であることを実証的に述べた.その上で,公共交通計画に用いることができるよう,活動の機会を計測するための手法を既往のアクセシビリティ指標を修正・改良することで開発した.さらに,活動の機会の保障という考え方に基づいた,地域におけるサービス水準確保の考え方およびその導出方法を検討するとともに,ミニマムのサービス水準を明らかにする手法を開発した.
