Research Abstract	富山県と新潟県におけるヤブツバキとユキツバキの交雑帯において遺伝的変異を解明した。まずヤブツバキの近縁種であるチャのEST配列からESTマ-カ-を新規に開発した。葉緑体マ-カ-の開発も行った。35個のESTマ-カ-を利用して約300個体を解析したところヤブツバキ型とユキツバキ型に対応するクラスタ-が得られた。葉緑体ハプロタイプは10個が見出された。3個の遺伝子座については正の選択を受けた可能性があることが示唆された。
