| Research Abstract |
研究代表者が2002年に報告した,液胞上のサブ領域様構造bulbについて,更なる「構造的な証拠」,「質的な差異の証拠」,「機能の手がかりとなる変異体」,などを得ることを目指して研究を進めてきた.これまで知られていたマーカー以外でもbulbが可視化されること,多くの組織や器官でbulbが出現すること,bulb上で二つのタンパク質の濃縮度が異なること,また,二つの変異体でbulbが減ること,を見出した.
