Research Abstract

日本列島の東北地方高山帯におけるボトルネック効果や創始者効果といった過去の集団サイズの縮小・拡大を推定するために、エゾシオガマ(Pedicularis yezoensis,ゴマノハグサ科)のマイクロサテライトマーカーの開発を行い、集団間の遺伝的多様性の比較を行った。また予備的な結果ではあるが、東北集団が北海道集団、本州中部集団に比べて低い傾向が見られた。この結果は、東北地方の集団において過去に創始者効果、もしくはボトルネック効果が働いたことを支持するものである。
