Research Abstract	大阪層群(鮮新世)では現在の中国に同じまたは類縁の動植物が分布している化石がこれまで多く見つかっているが、甲虫でも同様の例を発見できた。また北海道・東北・関西において、最終氷期前後の露頭の調査を行い、現在では国内や調査地周辺に分布しない種を発見することができた。
