Research Abstract

2005年に我々が決定したヒト脳由来環状化ヌクレオチドホスホジエステラーゼの触媒フラグメント(CNP-CF)の立体構造を基にした基質候補の推定と基質認識及び反応機構の解明を行った。また、Kozlovらにより上記の立体構造をモデル構造にしたラットCNPase、金魚RICHの立体構造がNMRにより解明され、これらの立体構造との比較を通じて、基質認識について解析についても行った。
