Research Abstract

自家不和合性を利用して種子生産されるアブラナ科野菜の親系統は、自殖種子を結実しない高レベルの自家不和合性を有する必要がある。本研究では、ハクサイ類とキャベツを材料に用いて、虫媒受粉法によって自家不和合性程度を評価するとともに、SSR を主とする連鎖地図を構築し、ハクサイ類において5 つ、キャベツにおいて1 つのQTL が本形質に関与することを明らかにした。また、ハクサイ類における主要な2 つのQTL は、自家不和合性の自他認識機構に関与する遺伝子の近傍に位置することを明らかにした。
